New York Fashion Week has come to a close and given us our first taster what key trends to expect for Spring Summer 2017. NYFW has been a big year for changing the way we view, experience and even purchase catwalk collections. But on the catwalks themselves there are already a few important elements that we know will be big trends for the SS17 season.

Need inspiration for your LFW looks? Then take a look over the latest street style chic from the sidewalks of New York. Kicking off the Spring Summer 2017 runway shows, NYFW is well underway.

So far, sheer layers, voluminous sleeves and rock star leather jackets and accessories appear to be a go-to classic for these SS17 Fashion Week looks.

As fashion week in New York draws to a close, it has been a week to show us all just how much the whole structure of the fashion show itself is changing. From interactive presentations and q&a's with models to Instagram collection debuts, the fashion shows as we know it is seriously evolving. But most importantly of all, fashion week is all about showcasing the upcoming trends for the next season.

With the temperatures dipping below zero in New York, fashion week has been layering up to cope. The biggest looks hitting the sidewalks of NY this year feature a lot of black, texture and leather, contrasting with the other half of the crowd in their oversized colourful boho coats keeping everyone warm this week.

We've picked out the best streetstyle so far from NYFW for Autumn Winter 2015, from the sassy socks to the essential bold fuzzy jackets.
