Think Spring Summer, and you so often think of crisp white fashion. But with a punky kick, buckets of attitude and a darker victorian influence running as an undercurrent to many of the SS17 collections we saw at New York, London, Milan and Paris last year. Black is most defiantly back.

Whilst the season of Summer is so often associated with crisp white tones in the world of fashion. This time around, expect Spring Summer 2016 to be all about the contrast of black and white. 

On the runways of New York, London and Paris, we saw a much bigger concentration of edgy gothic lace, sheer black numbers and dark ruffles than in previous years. Contrasting perfectly alongside awesome white slip dresses, fresh floaty dresses and crisp white layers.

Kate Moss is flawless beyond her years in this shoot by world Peter Lindbergh. Shot just before the world renowned photogapher's 70th birthday, this series of pictures have not forgone the usual photoshop process. Instead they have been printed in Vogue Italia unphotoshopped, showing Kate is all her natural glory.

Any if we look half as good as her after 20 years of parties, glamour and fashion, we'll be happy.
