ELLE France have taken on the layering up trend to show the shape of things to come this Winter and Spring. We all know that the ruffle trend is all around right now, but stylist Hortense Manga uses these to build up a bolder silhouette, also calling on floaty layers, abstract shapes and voluminous bell sleeves.

A lesson on how to manage the voluminous silhouette trends favoured by many designers this season and incorporate it tastefully into your day to day style.

With the festive fast season approaching, VOGUE Germany have teamed up with Zalando to offer their Glam Code. Picking out their four favourite Winter wardrobe styles, featuring a top to toe NAVY London look.

Whether you are on the hunt for the perfect festive fashion to see you through the party season, looking for your new Winter knit or just wanting to update your wardrobe with a touch of seasonal lace? NAVY has you covered - VOGUE approved.

With Autumn Winter comes the darker months, highlighted even more so by the darkness of Halloween. Adding a gothic twist and influence to all things, including the world of fashion.

Inspired by the season, 'Death Becomes Her (New Orleans)' is a fashion editorial capturing just how black lace layers are the perfect accompaniment for this time of year. Stylist Ali McNally works the witchy black lace with a number of NAVY pieces to capture the depth and darkness of this season.

Gigi goes all out lace for VOGUE Japan. Styled up in the lastest AW16 lace looks from he likes of Gucci, Alexander Wang and Alberta Ferretti too.

Showing how black gothic lace is the best accompaniment to AW16. Sheer layers, bold lace frills, punky accessories plus lashings of attitude to toughen up the looks. Everything this season is about.

As the darker season approaches, look out for the gothic influences to creep further into your wardrobe. Tavi Gevinson vamps up her Autumn Winter 2016 look for Dazed's latest issue. Wearing nothing but Rodarte, Tavi works the layers of lace and the clashing of textures. A masterclass in how to wear black lace and brooding layers, all whilst invoking those punk trends that we are set to see grow this season.

Alternative 'it girl' Soko dons velvet, lace and leather in a clash of textures and attitudes for DAZED's cover story this month. Styled up in Alexander McQueen, Gucci, Simone Rocha and Marc Jacobs, it's a lesson in how to channel your inner punk for the AW16 season.

An editorial that is a lesson in how to grunge up those more delicate features from Summer, such as ruffles, sheer layers and frilly sleeves, as we move into the darker and edgier Autumn season.

Taking it dark, Numéro Russia is giving us all the gothic feels and a glimpse at what to expect for Autumn Winter 2016.

Set in an imposing stone church, photographer Francesco Vincenti captures an dark eerie atmosphere, perfect for the darker season. Whilst gothic black lace is always romanticised during the Autumn Winter season, Vincenti's editorial goes to show that white lace can lend itself well to this darker, edgier time of year.

Clashing textures of suede and heavy knits with floaty lace, Elyse Taylor makes an appearance in the June 2016 issue of Cosmopolitan Australia. Layering lace dresses and 70's inspired tops, this editorial is a lesson in how to dress delicate lace in between seasons, from those chilly Spring mornings to warm Summer evenings.

Bella Hadid channels Ziggy Stardust in this punked up editorial for Harper's Bazaar Korea. Combining the current influence of 1970s glam rock on fashion trends with the world-wide tributes to the one and only David Bowie. Photographer Nick Hudson captures an editorial that is contemporary in so many ways. Hadid's choppy and bold hair is teamed with androgynous make up and sees her styled in delicate lace dresses.

Gothic influences are still an important influence upon the world of fashion. Photographer Tim Zaragoza and model Victoria Anderson, take a vamped up trip through a derelict mansion for this gothic editorial for Grazia Italy.

Styled in all the best looks from the likes of McQueen, Chanel, Burberry and more. Anderson is the perfect contrast between grunge and sleek high fashion, showing best how lace is the only way to wear this gothic trend from winter through to spring.
